13 DB class locomotives where produced, entering service between 1982 and 1983 with Westrail in Western Australia. During their life with Westrail they had several variations in livery with 1 version having the horizontal stripe extending from the chevron at the rear of the locomotive to the cab and with the Westrail logo breaking the stripe while the other had chevrons at either end but not stripe down the side instead in its place was the Westrail name in large font. These decals have modelled the second version with large font and include Clyde builders plates, 2 variations of the rear chevron, number boards for the front and rear, name plates and headstock numbers.
